TNC SERIES - RF CONNECTORS

TNC Stands for Threaded Navy Connector and was developed in the 1950´s. It is a threaded version of the BNC connector.

These connectors were originally developed for aircraft and missile applications where extreme vibration is a factor. They are widely used in cellular and mobile communications as well as in aerospace and radar applications. Development is according to IEC 169-17 and MIL-C-39012.
