Rack Mount Fiber Patch Panels The two-rack space four & six module fiber optic enclosures provide additional capacity for higher fiber count requirements, enabling up to 48 fiber capacity in the four module enclosure, and up to 72 fibers in the six-module version. Both enclosures feature recessed front panel, facilitating coupling access, and two access doors in front and rear. The plexi-glass front panel enables visual inspection when closed. All Signamax connector interface modules are compatible with the two-rack space enclosure.

We carry the Signamax four-rack space, 12-module fiber optic enclosure contains all of the features of the two-rack space model, but with additional capacity to manage fiber counts up to 144. Cable entry/exit feature utilizes a flexible grommet seal, which is cut at time of installation to accommodate the desired cable diameters for entry and exit points. These grommets provide a dust & debris barrier during and after installation. All Signamax connector interface modules can be utilized in the four-rack space enclosure. Optional 12- and 24-fiber splice trays are available.

Pedlock BDO Series Pedestals are a key element of any FTTP solution. In both greenfield and brownfield fiber deployments, BDO Pedestals provide easy access to branch and drop splice while protecting and storing loose buffer tube fiber optic cables. The exclusive BDO bracket allows technicians to mount splice trays and splitters securely with ample access to perform in-field splicing.
BDO Pedestals feature a non-metallic construction that offers super OSP protection against floods, fire, dirt, insects and impact. An expanded-capacity split base is designed to easily install around conduit-fed cable bundles in new construction (excludes 14” diameter pedestals). BDO pedestals are an ideal solution for rehabilitation of metallic enclosures, and protection of co-located copper/fiber distribution points. The CMPH is a versatile OSP closure designed for both new provisioning installations as well as rehabilitation of existing access points housed in metallic enclosures. The CMPH’s superior structural strength, outstanding environmental protection and ease of installation combine to create a long-life housing that reduces operational expenses.

A two-piece assembly features a lift-off dome and a corrugated channel base. The lift-off dome allows 360º access to internal working areas and includes self-latching locks with secondary bolt locks on both left and right side panels. The dome provides “bell jar” flood protection, eliminates intrusion of wind-blown rain and dust, and prevents unauthorized entry. The base provides ample room for entry of multiple large cables, including conduit. A spacious bottom entry allows technicians to easily slide the base over existing large cable rehabilitation applications.Internally, the CMPH features a sturdy metal bracket with craft-friendly repositionable splice bars, a cable splice support rail, and a 6-point bonding/grounding bar. The spacious internal working area accommodates copper splices of 1,800 to 3,600 pairs or passive fiber optic equipment (interconnect and splitter). The CMPH is an exceptional protection solution for copper/fiber co-locations.
